IEEE Control Systems Chapter Book PrizeThe Prize
Initiated and donated by the IEEE Control Systems Chapter, Singapore, from 2000 onwards, the book prize is awarded annually to the final year students in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), National University of Singapore (NUS), and the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), for the best final projects related to control engineering. The objectives are to attract good students to take control engineering final year projects and to encourage them to do their best in the projects. The book prize consists of $1200 cash ($600 to each university) and a certificate issued by the chapter chairman.
Details of the IEEE Control Systems Chapter Book Prize will be published in the medals and prizes handbook for students. The awards and names of the recipients would be published yearly in the each university's commencement brochure. They will be announced during the commencement ceremony as well.
